    Since 8/3/2009 is the date of your last post here, I suppose it’s unlikely that you’ll find this comment any time soon (if ever), and I don’t know of any other way of contacting you. So I’ll just post this and hope for the best . . .

    You may have already learned of what I’m about to say, and I kind of hope you have so that I won’t have to be the original messenger of such bad news.

    I myself would have had no way of learning this had not some kind stranger gone out of his way and made the effort to inform me of it. So now I figure I should at least do the same for a few others who might also be unaware of the situation.

    I’m sorry to have to tell you that our mutual friend Anniee451 passed away on July 5th. I know that, like me, you were a Blogosphere friend of hers and a regular reader and commenter at “Purely Politics”.

    Yesterday I posted a lengthy memorial tribute to Anniee on my political blog. If you have any interest whatsoever in taking a look at it, you’ll find it HERE.

    I’m sorry to have had to tell you this, but I was sure you’d want to know.
